We were here yesterday

Minnie and I were at the Turtle Creek Mall in Jonesboro yesterday.

what a short visit....

but they had to be at the airport in St.Louis by 5:30 pm for the flight back to Detroit...

Billy came by again to see them off...

Erik und Kerry fahren , nach ihrem Kurzbesuch wieder zurueck nach St.Louis fuer den Flug nach Detroit...

Der Billy war auch in PB und kam vorbei, um sich zu verabschieden...

uebrigens nicht Eriks Auto, sondern ein Leihwagen....

sonst haette ich zweimal innerhalb von zwei Tagen nach St.Louis fahren muessen ( 600 Meilen)...

hab ich zwar schon oft gemacht, ist aber schoen, wenn sich's vermeiden laesst...

Today

Della and I decided to have some fun and spoil ourselves after ACLS testing and Megacode .
This involved lunch at the Java Stop,
followed by a pedicure and manicure...
then winding down and relaxing at pool side....

Now awaiting Erik's and Kerry's arrival...

today with Della .....
we have to do it every 2 years....
so much fun.....
better than working....
tomorrow is megacode and test day....
they want to see what we learned today...
(as little as possible)

Julia and I were able to hang out and enjoy each others company....
Minnie also participated in some of the activities...

we liked it so much that we returned the next evening for a nice dinner...

the following morning Julia is leaving too to go back to Chicago.....

can't go without the mandatory parking lot shot....

sunday aftrnoon....
I took him to the airport in St. Louis ....
Julia stayed behind and visited with her grandparents....
almost didn't make it on time (it was the last flight out) because there was an accident between Greenville and Poplar Bluff and the highway was blocked for about 30 min....

we had to west to get to the St. Louis airport...
in a few days Julia will have to go east to Chicago
the mandatory airport shot...
