Remembering my dear father and our grandfather who would be celebrating his 80th birthday today. We celebrate his life today. He will always life on in our hearts.

everybody is walking including the dogs...
it took about 45 min. for the 3 miles.
Alle laufen mit, sogar die Hunde. Wir haben ca 45 Min. fuer die 3 Meilen gebraucht.

Awards.....
PBRMC, our hospital raised ca $ 35000.00, twice as much as last year....
Many thanks to everybody who donated money for our team.
Unsere Klinik hat ca 35000.00 Dollar in Spenden fuer die American Heart Association bekommen.

In Arkansas war die Ueberschwemmung auch ziemlich schlimm, wie man hier sieht. Hier bin ich unterwegs nach Jonesboro, das liegt ca 80 Meilen suedlich von hier, in Arkansas.

Birthday Cake

our team leader is using all her charm to make lots of money at our bake and raffle ticket sale today. She is doing a great job.
Kristie, eine Arbeitskollegin verkauft unsere selbst gebackenen Kuchen und Plaetzchen fuer die American Heart Association. Die haben jedes Jahr eine grosse Spendenaktion. Wir ( OP und Aufwachraum ) stehen im Wettbewerb mit dem Katheterlabor. Allerdings haben die schon einen grossen Vorsprung, aber wir geben uns noch nicht geschlagen.

Baking

muffins for our bake sale. We are raising money for the American Heart Association. We ( OR and PACU) are in competition with the cath lab. So far the cath lab is way ahead of us......but there is still time to catch up.
