Driving through Illinois

and taking some pictures to pass the time. Below somebody is getting stopped by the Highway patrol....a frequent occurence during this trip.

Arrived

at 11 pm at Julia's. Could have been there a little sooner, but I enjoyed driving so much that I had to take a little detour to the southwestern burbs instead of taking northwestern suburbs exit. We left for Michigan early the next day fortified with a dozend Dunkin Donuts and lots of coffee.

Trotz Umweg und Stau, kam ich um ca 23 h bei Julia an. Am naechsten Morgen ging's dann Richtung Michigan.
